Duke Energy, Southern Company and Dominion Energy’s commitments to achieve carbon-free generation are a big game changer for renewable energy and will drive a dramatic shift in the Southeast energy landscape. Plus, the passage of the landmark Virginia Clean Economy Act and the growing appetite for regulatory reform in North Carolina and South Carolina are yet another harbinger that the Southeast will see a major build out of renewables.
Yet, there are many questions about how this buildout will take place. What will be the rules of the game?
